Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical specialty required.
- Advanced nursing leadership or clinical certifications preferred.
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in healthcare administration/management in an acute care setting required.
- A minimum of 2 at a senior nursing management level within a hospital environment required.
- Clinical background in critical care is desirable.
- Operations management with a proven track record of team building and executing turnaround strategies.
- Prior CNO experience preferred.
