Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
    • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical specialty required.
    • Advanced nursing leadership or clinical certifications preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in healthcare administration/management in an acute care setting required.
    • A minimum of 2 at a senior nursing management level within a hospital environment required.
    • Clinical background in critical care is desirable.
    • Operations management with a proven track record of team building and executing turnaround strategies.
    • Prior CNO experience preferred.
