The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified Emergency physician with at least 5 years of management experience and 10 years of emergency medicine experience. Candidates should come from a Tertiary or Quaternary care hospital with a high-volume ED.
The Medical Director will lead the strategic development and implementation of short- and long-term plans for on-going improvement of the clinical, operational, and administrative quality and efficiency of the department. They will advance the clinical and administrative quality of the clinical environment of the Emergency Department and align collaboratively with the quality, safety, and financial initiatives of the hospital.
